Sir Thomas Berney, 2nd Bt. was the son of Sir Richard Berney, 1st Bt. and Anne Smallpage.1 He married Sarah Tyrell, daughter of Thomas Tyrell.1 He died in 1693.1 His will (dated 5 February 1713/4) was probated on 6 November 1693.1
Sir Thomas Berney, 2nd Bt. succeeded to the title of 2nd Baronet Berney, of Parkehall in Redham, co. Norfolk [E., 1620] in 1668.1 He lived at Norwich, Norfolk, England.1
