  1. Immediately below item 006 is a plain triangular-headed white tablet with quadrant acroteria. The first line of the inscription is in gothic-style letters, some of them swashed to form a frame of delicate scrollwork around the word. The remainder of the inscription is in black-filled roman caps of varying sizes. There is evidence of the extensive repairs made to the tablet (see 7) including two large and two smaller cracks across the E side.

  7. The report by the Council for the Care of Churches in 2005 states that this tablet was lying broken on the ground at the time of the previous report in 1974 but was now repaired and remounted.
